YOU NEED A SPACE?

Avec Dance Club is in an ideal location in Vallila with great public transport connections, even during the late evenings. Avec has 2 spaces that can be rented individually or they can be combined to make 1 big space.

You can rent our space(s) outside of regular hours of operation and where we have slots available. If you are a teacher or show group looking for a space to have regular weekly classes or practices do not hesitate to contact us! We have discounted rates for longer term rental agreements.

Our spaces have a lot of natural light, hard wooden dance floor and a great sound system.

Please take into consideration that you are not allowed to wear outdoor shoes or shoes with hard or marking soles on the dance floors.

Club Space 1

Total size is 90sqm and can accommodate 40-60 persons depending on the setup.

Club Space 2

Total size is 65sqm and can accommodate 20-40 persons depending on the setup.

Whole Club

When renting the whole club you can choose to have the 2 Club spaces separate or have a combined dance floor of 150sqm.

Can the space be rented for evening and night-time?

The space is available for rent during hours that we are not using it or where there’s other rental agreements.

What shoes can I wear?

Indoor shoes with non-marking soles and soft soles, dance schoes, socks.

How do I clean the floor?

Someone spilled some food and/or drinks during your rental time? Please follow the floor cleaning instructions (can be found at the studio) carefully to avoid damaging the floor.
