The waiting list will open on our website at the same time as the registration starts on.
When you don’t have a partner to register for our partner course you can register for a waitlist spot for each course you would like to attend. We will add followers & leaders to the courses in order of registration, while keeping the follower/leader ratio within our set ratio. You will also take part of the partner rotation in this case.
Waitlist fee is 50€/Course.
The full course fee amount will be based on the date you got onto the waitlist. If it is before the Early Bird cutoff date then the Early Bird rate applies. After that date the Normal Course rate applies.
What happens to the waitlist fee?
- If you get accepted to the course the waitlist fee will be deducted from the course fee due.
- If you don’t get accepted we will refund you the waitlist fee.
- If you decide to remove yourself from the waitlist before you get accepted we will refund you the waitlist fee.
- If you decide not to accept the spot you have been already offered, you will waiver your waitlist fee.
