When you don’t have a partner to register for a partner course you can register for a waitlist spot. You can do this for each Partner course you want to attend that you don’t have a partner for. We will add followers & leaders to the courses in order of registration, while keeping the follower/leader ratio within our set ratio. Waitlist fee is 50€/Course.
The Course Price will be based on the date you got onto the waitlist. If it is before the Early Bird cutoff date then the Early Bird rate applies. After that date the Normal Course rate applies.
Once you have been accepted from the waitlist you will have 2 weeks to register and claim the spot before it goes to the next person.
However, if it is closer to the starting that of the courses and there are more persons on the waitlist we might reach out to your directly to confirm your spot straightaway.
What happens to the waitlist fee?
- If you get accepted to the course, or find a partner before we accept you, the waitlist fee will be credited to your Avec Mindbody account so you can use it when purchasing the course pass.
- If you don’t get accepted we will refund you the waitlist fee.
- If you decide to remove yourself from the waitlist before you get accepted we will refund you the waitlist fee.
- If you decide not to accept the spot you have already been offered, you will waiver your waitlist fee.
Getting on the waitlist is no guarantee that you will get into a course, we highly recommend you to keep looking for a partner to guarantee your spot and inform us as soon as you have found a partner.
